Shelbyville, KY- Shelbyville attorney John David Myles filed Monday, July 17, 2006 as a candidate for the office of Family Court Judge representing Anderson, Shelby and Spencer Counties. The judgeship became effective July 15 and will be filled by the November 7 General Election. The 53rd Judicial Circuit's first Family Court Judge will be seated January 1, 2007.
